Church-centered
Every school is built on the conviction that the local church is GOD’s primary instrument for discipleship — and trains believers to serve there, not apart from it.
καταρτισμός · the equipping
Katartismos Academy guides believers through every stage of spiritual growth and ministerial development — from foundation, to maturity, to leadership, and into the specialty gifts that build the church.
“…for the equipping of the saints, for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ.”
Our conviction
The local church is GOD’s primary instrument for discipleship — and every church, of every tradition, is called to be a place of intentional formation.
It is where believers are equipped not just to attend church, but to live the Christian life. KAM exists to serve that work across denominations, cultures, and continents.
The journey
The formation track moves a believer from a firm foundation, through committed service and leadership, and — for those called — into pastoral office. Each stage prepares the next.
The specialty ministries
Beyond the formation track, KAM forms believers in the specific gifts the body needs — healing, prophetic, apostolic, evangelistic, worship, missions, biblical scholarship, and the demonstration of signs and wonders — all under the safeguards of Scripture and godly community. Each bears the name of a biblical figure whose life models its calling.

How KAM forms
Whatever stage of formation a believer is in, and whatever specialty gift they carry, these are the marks of a KAM minister.
Every school is built on the conviction that the local church is GOD’s primary instrument for discipleship — and trains believers to serve there, not apart from it.
KAM serves believers regardless of background or denomination. We hold the historic faith in common, and equip the saints wherever the body of Christ gathers.
We aim at character before content, depth before breadth. The goal is not a credential, but a minister formed in conviction, in competence, and in love.
KAM trains ministers who can serve faithfully in any culture, city, or continent — apostolic in scope, biblically anchored, and ready to be sent.
Voices
Real testimonies will appear here as the first cohorts complete their schools.
A student’s reflection will live here — the kind that reminds you why this sort of formation is worth the time it takes.
A second voice, perhaps from a layperson who never imagined being trained for ministry until KAM made it possible.
A third, from a pastor or specialty minister already serving — formed deeper by the work done here.
